Role description

Marist College Canberra is a Congregational Catholic school for boys (Year 4-12) operating as part of ‘Marist Schools Australia’. It enjoys an excellent reputation for its pastoral care of students, academic studies, cultural and sport pursuits. We are currently seeking applications from motivated and qualified teachers who would be keen to join our vibrant and well-resourced Language Department at Marist College Canberra for a temporary role in Term 3 2026 teaching students in Years 7 to 12.   A part-time load would also be considered. At Marist College Canberra, we value passionate and dedicated educators who strive to inspire students to become critical thinkers, encourage deep inquiry, and foster problem-solving skills. 

The successful candidate will:

  • Hold appropriate teaching qualifications in Italian
  • Demonstrate enthusiasm for language education and student engagement
  • Contribute positively to a collaborative, forward-thinking team of educators
  • Foster a vibrant and accessible Italian language program within the College
