About the Role 

St Mary's Catholic Primary School, Orange is seeking an experienced and dedicated educator to join the school community. As the Principal, you will be instrumental in fostering a nurturing and inclusive environment that aligns with the principles of Catholic education.

• Relational Trust: Promote an atmosphere of mutual respect and positive, professional, and caring relationships among students, parents, teachers, and staff.
• Equity and Sustainability: Prioritise equity and sustainability in the allocation of resources, building a high-performing school consistent with the teachings of the Catholic Church.
• Leadership Accountability: Report to the Executive Director of Schools while upholding the vision and mission of Catholic Education Diocese of Bathurst through Religious, Educational, and Enabling Leadership.
