Role description
Cadet Support Officer – School Infrastructure
• Start July 2026 – Two-year temporary full-time opportunities (multiple positions available)
• Locations: Eveleigh, Blacktown, Macquarie Park, Dubbo, Orange, Grafton, Lismore and Tamworth
• Salary: $75,728 to $77,795 p.a. pro rata plus super and annual leave loading

The Cadet role is based in School Infrastructure, which delivers new school buildings, major upgrades and maintenance strategies to ensure every school-aged child has access to high quality education facilities at their local public school. This encompasses the largest investment in public education infrastructure in the history of NSW.
About the role
As a Cadet with School Infrastructure, you will gain hands-on experience supporting the delivery of infrastructure projects that help shape and improve public education across NSW.
You will be supported through a structured program that includes on-the-job learning, mentoring and professional development.
