Role description
Trainee Support Officer (Project Management)
• Start July 2026 – Two-year temporary full-time opportunities (multiple positions available)
• Locations: Eveleigh, Blacktown, Macquarie Park, Dubbo, Orange, Grafton, Lismore and Tamworth
• Salary: $507.10 - $784.90 per week plus annual leave loading and superannuation

This trainee role is based in School Infrastructure, which delivers new school buildings, major upgrades and maintenance strategies to ensure every school-aged child has access to high quality education facilities at their local public school. This encompasses the largest investment in public education infrastructure in the history of NSW.
About the role
This is an exciting opportunity for recent school leavers to start their career with School Infrastructure while completing a Certificate IV in Project Management Practice through TAFE NSW.
You’ll gain practical workplace experience and build foundational Infrastructure project management skills while contributing to the delivery of school infrastructure that supports public education across NSW.
As a trainee, you will work four days per week within School Infrastructure and have one day of paid study leave each week to attend TAFE NSW.
