Science Laboratory Technician
Mazenod College is a Catholic Secondary Boys Day / Boarding School conducted by the Oblates of Mary Immaculate with an enrolment of over 900 students.

The Science Laboratory Technician works under the supervision of the Head of Learning Area (Science) in conjunction with the Science department to support the effective delivery of practical science programs in a secondary school by preparing materials, equipment and resources for all Science courses in Years 7-12. The role involves coordinating laboratory operations and ensuring compliance with WA Work Health and Safety (WHS) legislation.
The ability to work well independently and within a team environment are key requirements, along with effective organisational and time management skills.

Qualifications Required
- On appointment, the successful applicant will require a current Working with Children Check (WWCC) and a Western Australia Department of Education National Police History Check (NPHC).
- Certificate III or IV in Laboratory Skills (or equivalent), or relevant science qualification/experience.
