Relief / HR Administration Officer
Aranmore Catholic College is a co-educational K–12 school committed to providing a holistic Catholic education that supports the intellectual, spiritual, social and emotional growth of every student.
The Relief / HR Administration Officer is a key member of the Administration Team, responsible for coordinating emergency and planned relief for all teaching staff to ensure classes are covered and learning continuity is maintained.
Alongside daily relief coordination, the role supports the College’s HR functions by maintaining accurate employee records, assisting with recruitment and onboarding, and ensuring all staff meet mandatory screening and compliance requirements, including Working With Children Checks, police clearances and professional registrations.
The Relief / HR Administration Officer provides timely HR advice, maintains high standards of confidentiality and accuracy, and contributes to a safe, professional and well-organised workplace. The role requires strong organisational and communication skills, excellent relationship-building ability, and a commitment to discretion, integrity and the Catholic ethos of the College.
