About the Role:
As an Administrative Officer, you will contribute to the effective and efficient administrative management of the school by providing timely and responsive support to the Principal and Business Manager. The role operates within established procedures and guidelines, applying sound judgement to resolve routine matters while referring more complex issues as required.
Key responsibilities include:
- Perform a variety of day-to-day administrative and support services that are routine in nature and directed by the Principal or Business Manager.
- Undertake reception duties including telephone and counter enquiries, arranging appointments, managing correspondence, and providing general administrative support.
- Maintain school records and administrative processes, including student admissions, enrolments, departures, and documentation.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and email communications.
- Support approved school activities, including ordering and arranging student transport for excursions and events once authorised.
