About the Role:

Responsibilities include, but not limited to;

  • Support and deputise for the Principal in leading the school community to develop and commit to a shared, future-focused educational vision that delivers quality learning outcomes for all students.
  • Model ethical and values-based leadership by upholding the moral purpose of the deputy principalship and embedding socially just practices in everyday school life.
  • Drive high expectations and continuous improvement by setting strong standards for student achievement and staff performance while engaging in ongoing professional learning.
  • Build and sustain strategic partnerships with parents, government agencies, community organisations, industry, and business to enhance opportunities and outcomes.
  • Ensure effective governance and resource management through a sound understanding of relevant legislation and policies and the strategic allocation of resources to achieve school goals.

The ideal applicant will have demonstrated capacity to lead school improvement, a good knowledge of Human Resources and experience in strategic school timetabling, would be a desirable skill set. Please be sure to take advantage in reaching out to the main contact for this position.
