Your Role:
Working in partnership with the Head of Department - Teaching and Learning, the successful applicant will play a key role in strengthening literacy outcomes across the school.
The position focuses on building teacher capability in explicit reading instruction across all learning areas, supporting consistent, evidence-informed practices, and using data to inform targeted intervention.
You will have responsibility for leading the following activities and delivery of the following key tasks:
- Lead and model pedagogical reform/development activities, resulting in improved pedagogical or literacy and numeracy outcomes for students.
