The successful applicant will work closely with an inclusion teacher and a parallel Year 4 class to plan, differentiate and deliver high-quality instruction that supports all learners. Professional development will be provided in key school priorities, including Word Study and Spelling instructional routines, Explicit Instruction Engagement Norms, and Checking for Understanding. Applicants should demonstrate strong pedagogical practice and effective behaviour management, with knowledge of the Reboot wellbeing program and Explicit Instruction routines highly regarded.
