Kildare College is a Kildare Ministries Catholic Girls’ College in the Brigidine tradition, educating girls from Years 7 to 12. The College is located in Adelaide’s north‑eastern suburbs and currently enrols approximately 799 students. Founded in 1966 by the Brigidine Sisters, Kildare College is a vibrant, student‑centred learning community guided by the Kildare Ministries Core Values of Wonder, Courage, Hospitality, Hope, Compassion and Justice.

The College is entering an exciting new period of strategic expansion, including major developments such as the $22 million Lightbridge Centre, with construction commencing in 2026 and opening in 2027. Role Details

As we enter this next chapter, and with the upcoming retirement of the current Business Manager, we are seeking an experienced, strategic and highly engaged senior leader to join the Leadership Team in 2026.

The Business Manager provides senior leadership, stewardship and strategic oversight across the College’s finance, risk, compliance, property and facilities, ICT and operational services. This role is essential to ensuring strong governance, long‑term sustainability and the effective use of resources aligned with the mission and values of Kildare Ministries.
