Position Details
Administration Assistant
The College is seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Administration Assistant who will be responsible for reception duties, processing student attendance data and other student information records using SEQTA and AoS software. Delivering First Aid to students on occasion is also a part of the role. Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is essential and the ability to work as part of a team is required. Other day-to-day duties involve dealing with a wide range of student and staff enquiries in a busy office environment. The successful applicant will also require a current First Aid qualification or be willing to obtain.
Selection Criteria
- Working with Children Card
- Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (or willingness to obtain this)
- Be legally entitled to work in Australia with proof of Australian Birth, Citizenship or residency visa details
- Accreditation to Work in a Catholic School (or willingness to obtain this)
- First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
