Mercedes College is seeking a committed Learning Enrichment Officer – Grade 3 to join our team on a casual basis, supporting the delivery of high‑quality learning experiences for students across Reception to Year 12.
This casual position will provide coverage for extended staff leave, including working across multiple consecutive days and weeks, and requires availability during standard school hours.
- Casual ESO Grade 3 role (paid as per the CESA Enterprise Agreement), providing meaningful support to diverse learners
- Cover extended staff leave, including full‑time blocks across consecutive weeks during school terms

About the Role
Reporting to the Director of Learning Enrichment, the Learning Enrichment Officer supports teachers in meeting the learning needs of students with diverse abilities across a range of classroom and small‑group settings.
In this role, you will:
- Assist with supporting student learning needs under teacher direction
- Facilitate and supervise learning activities, including intervention programs
- Support students with additional needs, including those with learning, physical, behavioural or emotional challenges
- Provide input to Personalised Plans for Learning (PPLs) and NCCD processes
- Help identify learning or behaviour challenges and suggest appropriate adjustments
- Support student organisation, including routines, materials and transitions
- Assist teachers during excursions, activities…
