We are seeking an experienced and approachable Administrative Officer who is highly organised, community minded, and enjoys supporting a school environment with warmth, professionalism and strong attention to detail.
- Fixed-term Contract up to 11 December 2026 (school weeks only), working 36.25 hours per week

About the Role
The Administrative Officer is a pivotal role within the College providing a key point of contact for students, families and staff.
Under moderate direction, you will provide a wide range of high level administrative, reception and leadership support to ensure day to day operations run smoothly, professionally and with care. This role suits an administrator who enjoys variety, takes pride in being organised, and brings a calm and friendly presence to a school environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting our Head of Junior School and other leadership staff in diary/calendar management, meeting coordination, including agendas, minutes and follow up
- Providing front of house administrative and reception service to students and families
- Drafting and formatting correspondence, documentation and communications
- Supporting administrative processes for reports, budgets and planning activities
- Student administration including student record maintenance, reporting and system updates
