The Opportunity

Due to internal progression, an exciting leadership opportunity exists for an experienced, faith-filled educator to join Mount Carmel College as Head of Campus – Primary Campus (Pennington), commening Term 2, 2026.

In this pivotal leadership role, you will be entrusted with advancing the College’s Catholic mission by providing strong spiritual, educational, and strategic leadership within our Primary Campus community. Working in partnership with the Principal and College leadership team, you will play a key role in shaping a nurturing, inclusive, and high-quality learning environment grounded in Gospel values.

You will lead a vibrant primary school community where student wellbeing, faith formation, and academic excellence are central. With a strong focus on pastoral care and contemporary learning, you will ensure every child is known, valued, and supported to grow as a confident, curious, and compassionate learner. Key Responsibilities

• Provide visible and authentic leadership that promotes and strengthens the Catholic identity, ethos, and mission of the College.
