ABOUT THE ROLE

Work closely with the Principal and leadership team to deliver high-quality HR services and help shape a positive workplace culture. This is a hands-on role where you’ll manage the full employee lifecycle and contribute to strategic HR planning.

You will:

¿ Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding

¿ Advise leaders on HR, compliance, and employment relations

¿ Coordinate induction, staff development, and performance processes

ABOUT YOU

You’re an experienced HR professional who thrives on building trust and creating great workplaces. You combine technical expertise with a people-first mindset.

To succeed, you’ll need:

• 5+ years’ HR experience

• Tertiary qualifications in HR or related field

• Strong knowledge of industrial relations and compliance

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
