The Opportunity

We are excited to offer an opportunity for an enthusiastic and organised individual to join our team as an Administration Assistant – ICT in a permanent, full-time (1.0 FTE) capacity. Based at the Catholic Education Office, this role plays a vital part in supporting our Information and Communications Technology (ICT) team.

As an Administrative Assistant – ICT, you will be responsible for providing high-quality financial and administrative support, contributing to the smooth and efficient operations of the ICT team. This position is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering professional and effective support in a dynamic environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with project work by developing and maintaining administrative systems, procedures, and guidelines to improve efficiency and achieve high quality work practices and outcomes;
  • Provide financial administration and processing including invoicing, reimbursements, purchase orders, general expenses, and General Ledger Requests (GLRs) for the ICT team;
  • You will shape professional services to our customers by providing first class customer service and support
  • Perform administration tasks including account setup/removal, access changes, health checks and routine maintenance
