The Role

Katanning PS is seeking an enthusiastic and team-oriented Deputy Principal to lead the Kindergarten to Year 6 (K-6) student services portfolio. Strategic, collaborative, data-driven and consultative school leaders who are strength and solutions focused are encouraged to apply.

The successful applicant should be an agile and forward-thinking leader who can balance operational responsibilities with strategic priorities, while coaching and building staff capacity. They will be committed, collaborative and innovative and possess a growth mindset and strong work ethic. They will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and highly developed organisational skills.
