The Role
You should provide strategic and operational leadership in Support and Engagement across the school, ensuring every student is known, supported and able to thrive. This role is centred on building an inclusive, engaging and responsive learning environment that meets the diverse academic, behavioural and wellbeing needs of our students.
You will ideally lead a highly skilled Student Services and Support team, working primarily with Tier 3 students and their families, and collaborating closely with teachers, Special Needs Education Assistants (SNEAs), allied health professionals and external agencies.
