The Role

The Deputy Principal - Engagement is a key executive leadership role, working alongside the Principal and Executive Leadership Team to lead whole-school initiatives that strengthen student engagement, behaviour, wellbeing and attendance.

The successful applicant should work collaboratively as part of the Executive Leadership Team to drive whole-school improvement priorities and support consistent implementation of agreed practices across all classrooms and learning environments.

This role has a strong focus on embedding a safe, orderly learning environment through consistent routines, high expectations, and whole-school positive behaviour approaches.
