The Role

Hedland SHS is seeking a Home Economics Assistant who is energetic and well organised team player with great communication skills to join our team. If you have worked in a hospitality kitchen or as a food prep assistant, your skills would be beneficial.

The successful applicant will ideally be able to work independently and assist the teacher by planning, preparing and cutting up food before classes are held. You should be highly competent and organised with time management and able to prioritise tasks. You will be responsible for placing food orders online and ordering stock. Computer skills will be highly regarded.
