The Role
The successful applicant will perform internal and external cleaning duties to ensure the school facilities are cleaned and maintained. Ideally, the successful applicant will have good interpersonal and communication skills and leadership skills with the ability to step into cleaner in charge role in their absence.
As the Assistant Cleaner in Charge, you would assist the Cleaner in Charge to organise and supervise cleaning staff and provide on the job induction training for new cleaning staff. You should have excellent knowledge of cleaning equipment and safe cleaning procedures, methods and practices. You will ideally have team motivational skills and be happy to receive and carry out instruction as required.
