Position Information

Riverstone Public School is a growing school located in Western Sydney on Dharug land with a student population of approximately 680 students. This includes 5 Inclusive Classes and a Preschool. Students come from a wide range of backgrounds with 15% of students identifying as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander peoples and 54% from an English as an Additional Language or Dialect background. Our dedicated, supportive staff demonstrate a wide variety of expertise and talents to help students learn and grow. Our grounds are spacious and our classrooms are well resourced to support students in learning and at play. Selection Criteria

1. In addition to the general selection criteria, approval to teach infants and/or primary; Demonstrated ability to balance exemplary classroom practice and school leadership responsibilities with a proven capacity to lead staff across K-6 in the implementation of evidenced-based, explicit teaching practices.
