Stanton Lodge is seeking an experienced, relational teacher to join our team in a 0.8 FTE role, with flexibility available for the right candidate.
We operate within a multi-tiered system of support, delivering focussed and intensive intervention for students requiring targeted behavioural and inclusion support. Strong behaviour management and inclusive practice are essential. We are looking for a teacher who is strength-based, emotionally intelligent, and genuinely curious about the function of behaviour. Experience applying the Personal and Social Capabilities across learning areas is highly regarded.
A full-time load involves teaching two classes of four students across four days, with explicit instruction in Personal and Social Capabilities embedded through Technologies, Art and HPE. Fridays are dedicated to supporting transition and skill transfer back to students' base schools.
Our culture is positive, progressive and highly supportive. We value relationships, flexibility and teamwork. If you are an experienced teacher who thrives in a structured but relational environment, Stanton Lodge offers meaningful work with strong collegial support.
