Maintenance & Property Officer (Part-Time)

We are seeking a proactive and dedicated Maintenance and Property Officer to support the effective care and management of our College’s buildings, grounds, and physical assets. This vital role supports the Principal and Business Manager by ensuring our facilities are well-maintained, safe, and welcoming for students, staff, and visitors.

Reporting to the Property Manager, you will be responsible for a broad range of tasks, including general maintenance, grounds upkeep, minor repairs, and contributing to the planning and protection of the College’s physical environment.
