Key Selection Criteria:
- Understanding of the ethos of a Catholic school and its mission;
- Current Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) registration (or be eligible for registration);
- Current (or be willing to obtain) Accreditation to teach Religious Education Certificate;
- Demonstrated detailed knowledge of state and national course requirements including the standards of professional practice - Australian Standards of Teaching and CECV;
- Evidence of effective strategies for fostering a safe and positive classroom environment;
- Experience collaborating effectively with colleagues in planning, instruction, and assessment.
