Innisfail
Innisfail State School is seeking a motivated Canteen Supervisor to manage the day-to-day operations of the school canteen. This role involves planning and preparing balanced, nutritious meals for students,
supervising volunteers, ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are met, and working closely with the school P&C to support a positive and healthy school environment.
This position is being offered in a Temporary Part-Time capacity (0.28FTE), 20 hours per fortnight.

Why this Role?
Responsibilities include:
- Coordinate the daily operation of the school canteen and oversee the preparation of food and counter services.
- Identify stock requirements and place orders with appropriate vendors on a regular basis.
- Participate in regular stocktake, recording and reporting processes.
- Maintain accurate and appropriate records for the canteen and associated catering operations including filing of ordering, receipt and associated documentation.
- Liaise with suppliers to maximise earning potential for the school.
