Why this Role?
The successful applicant will have demonstrated capability and experience in school based departmental systems to complete administration roles, including (but not limited to):
- Ability to interpret and implement departmental policies and procedures to maintain audit compliance.
- Ability to work as a contributing member of a collaborative team.
- Ability to work independently and autonomously within defined timeframes.
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in completing all tasks.
- Assisting with school enrolment and attendance processes.
- Experience with OneSchool and IDAttend preferred but not essential.
- General office administration, including front office administration, receipting etc.
- Undertake other duties, consistent with the duties and responsibility of the position as directed by the Principal and Business Manager.
