Our team is recruiting for two Administration Officers to join our high-performing Administration team, commencing in Term 2 2026.
The ideal candidates will be efficient, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-
paced Administration office. They will be collaborative, eager to learn, committed to continuous improvement, and confident in engaging with our students.
This position is being offered in a Temporary Part-Time capacity (0.83FTE), 60 hours per fortnight.

About the Role
The Administration Officer will play a key role in supporting the efficient and effective operations of the school. Reporting to the Principal or nominated delegate, the successful candidate will contribute to a range of corporate service activities, including human resources, financial management, and facilities coordination.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing day-to-day management support for school staff, including recruitment, induction, and training coordination.
- Ensuring compliance with departmental and school policies, guidelines, and legislative requirements.
- Assisting with financial administration, including data entry, budget reviews, and payment management.
- Supporting resource and asset management, including maintenance activities and facility hire coordination.
- Organising and managing supply and contract placements for teaching and support staff.

About You
The following traits would be beneficial:
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Experience in administrative or corporate services roles, particularly in education or similar environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage confidently with students, families, and staff.
- A proactive approach to identifying and implementing process improvements.
- Familiarity with financial and HR systems, as well as compliance and policy requirements.
