Our Link and Launch Coordinator connects with young people who have completed Year 12 but have not yet transitioned to further study, training, or work.
The Coordinator will assist young people in the Redlands area to navigate the system and explore a range of post-school pathways.

About the Role
As the Link and Launch Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting Year 12 completers who are not currently engaged in study or employment. You will help them explore and access opportunities for further education, training, or employment, ensuring a successful transition to their next steps.
Key responsibilities include:
- Establishing an outreach program to connect with Year 12 completers and provide tailored advice on career and study opportunities.
- Building and maintaining relationships with education providers, employers, and community organisations to create meaningful pathways for young people.
- Providing practical assistance to remove barriers to education, training, or employment, including support with accessing services and resources.
- Developing and promoting engagement activities to highlight the benefits of the Link and Launch program.
- Coordinating events and marketing initiatives to strengthen community awareness and participation in the program.
This role would suit a proactive and community-focused individual with a passion for supporting young people in achieving their goals.
