About the Role

As the Administrative Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the efficient administrative operations of the school. Reporting to the Principal or Business Manager, you will provide timely and relevant support to ensure the smooth running of the school's daily activities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing reception duties, including handling phone and counter enquiries, correspondence, and appointments.
  • Maintaining school records, processing mail, and coordinating student transport for school activities.
  • Providing administrative support for school staff, including managing timesheets, leave applications, and relief arrangements.
  • Assisting with financial tasks such as processing payments, banking, and managing school accounts.
  • Organising school maintenance, safety inspections, and community use of school facilities.
