Dunwich State School is the only school on Minjerribah (North Stradbroke Island). Our school climate embraces First Nations cultural practises and values our community Elders as teaching partners. Many local families have a long association with the school, with fifth and sixth generations now enrolled.  Today, the school caters for students from Prep to Year 6. We are seeking a teacher who is flexible and dynamic, interested in teaching primary curriculum.

  • Current full registration or current provisional registration with eligibility for full registration, as a teacher in Queensland.   • Employment for pre-service/graduate teachers will be subject to the successful completion of a relevant teaching qualification and meeting the minimum requirements as a teacher with the department.
