An exciting opportunity exists to join the leadership team at Glenala State High School, with two Head of Department – Student Services positions available from 20 April 2026 to 11 December 2026.

You will lead initiatives to continue to develop our positive culture for learning and engagement, coordinate social and emotional learning and wellbeing programs as well as enhance whole school approaches to embedding High Impact Wellbeing strategies in curriculum delivery.

  • Leading Whole school universal and differentiated approaches to engagement
  • Development and implementation of social and emotional learning curriculum
  • Lead planning and implementation of student services events
  • Developing staff and student High Impact Wellbeing Strategies
  • Case management and focussed intervention programs for identified students
