The successful candidate will provide strong academic leadership, ensure curriculum excellence, and foster a high-performance culture among staff and students in Grades 10-12.

- Lead, supervise, and support senior secondary educators to ensure high standards of teaching and learning.
- Oversee curriculum planning, implementation, and assessment in alignment with national education standards.
- Monitor academic performance, analyse results, and implement improvement strategies.
- Manage departmental resources, timetabling, and staff development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with education policies, examination regulations, and quality assurance processes.
- Promote a positive, disciplined, and achievement-oriented learning environment.
- Engage with parents, guardians, and external stakeholders regarding senior school matters.
- Support student career guidance and post-school readiness initiatives.
