We are seeking an energetic and people focused recruitment specialist to join our HR team on a 12 month Parental Leave contract.

In this pivotal role, you will manage end‑to‑end recruitment across the School, partnering closely with hiring managers to attract exceptional talent aligned to our mission and values.

You will also contribute to broader HR initiatives, supporting a positive staff experience and helping strengthen our School culture. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys building strong relationships across a diverse School community.

This temporary full time role is commencing in early April 2026.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

  • Relevant end‑to‑end recruitment experience.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices, processes and employment legislation.
  • Detail‑driven, tech‑savvy and confident using HR systems; experience with ELMO is an advantage.
  • Thrives in a fast‑paced environment, with excellent communication skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities.
  • A professional, client‑centred approach with a commitment to confidentiality.
