Summary
As a Senior Advisor, you will lead the delivery of hybrid learning initiatives across P–12, working closely with schools, system leaders, and key stakeholders to embed effective digital and pedagogical practices. This role plays a critical part in shaping BCE’s approach to hybrid and online learning, driving innovative solutions that enhance teaching practice and improve student outcomes. You will bring a strong blend of strategic thinking and operational delivery, contributing to the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of hybrid learning initiatives, while building capability across the system.
