Role description
As our Receptionist, you work collaboratively and strategically with staff to ensure a consistent B-12 approach to quality assurance in business practice, inclusion, wellbeing, vision and a culture of continuous improvement.
You are client-focused, agile, and adaptable. You demonstrate personal commitment to excellence and service delivery. Effective and efficient, you professionally manage reception, finance support, attendance follow up and general administrative functions. Skilled in a range of administrative services, you positively contribute to the effective operation of the school and achievement of educational outcomes for students.
Skilled in a range of reception, administrative and finance functions, you positively contribute to the effective operation of the school and students' achievement of educational goals and outcomes. With experience, knowledge, and prior learning to draw on, you maintain, implement, and review consistent procedures and processes striving for accuracy, continual improvement, and best practice. You excel working with a team and autonomously ensuring quality assurance and compliance, enabling evidenced based decision making.
You actively participate in professional development, coaching for improvement, performance plans, reviews, and observations. You strive for a high-performance culture, quality, and productivity to achieve site priorities.
