The Opportunity

We are seeking a visionary, strategic executive leader to fill the combined role of Deputy Principal – Wellbeing and Ministry. This pivotal full-time position provides Christ-centred leadership across our entire Kindergarten to Year 12 community, ensuring every student is deeply known, valued, and supported to develop Christian character. The successful candidate will seamlessly integrate a biblical worldview with evidence-based wellbeing frameworks, serving as a primary architect for student care, spiritual formation, and character development.

Key Responsibilities

• Faith & Strategic Leadership: Model a Christ-like character, leading the K–12 pastoral and ministry teams with grace, integrity, and servant leadership.
• Pastoral Care & Character Education: Design and align K–12 pastoral structures for seamless student transitions, and oversee a Character Education framework explicitly mapped to the school’s Enduring Qualities (EQs).
