About the role

Nazareth College is seeking a highly professional, warm, and dynamic Receptionist to join our vibrant Catholic learning community. As the first point of contact for families, staff, and visitors, you will play a pivotal role in shaping a positive and inclusive experience for all who engage with our College.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is more than a traditional front desk role. As Receptionist, you will act as a frontline ambassador for the College, ensuring every interaction reflects our Catholic identity, commitment to child safety, and culture of excellence.

You will contribute to a highly effective administrative environment and support the smooth day-to-day operations of the College.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide a warm, professional, and responsive front office experience for all visitors and callers
  • Manage enquiries efficiently, resolving or redirecting them promptly
  • Maintain accurate records, data entry, and administrative systems to a high standard
  • Ensure strict compliance with child safety, visitor management, and confidentiality protocols
  • Support the coordination and administration of College events and activities
  • Collaborate closely with staff to contribute to a positive, supportive team culture
  • Uphold and model the values and mission of a Catholic learning community.
