About the College

As a Catholic School, Thomas Carr College aims to educate our students with an appreciation of the spiritual as well as the intellectual and physical aspects of their lives. We aim to work with our parents to produce young people of faith and character. We are a Catholic Co-educational College in Tarneit, West of Melbourne with 1400 students.

The College is seeking a Director of Learning and Growth: Progression to provide a vision for and leadership in the provision of a quality educational program, consistent with a culture of transformation.

Salary

In accordance with the Catholic Education Multi-Enterprise Agreement 2022 (CEMEA), the salary range for all teaching staff is $79,589 - $118,063 as per the Schedule of Salary.
