ICT Systems Officer

St Stephen's School is seeking a proactive and technically skilled ICT Systems Officer to support the delivery, maintenance, and continuous improvement of technology services across the School (Duncraig and Carramar Campuses).

The Role:

Acting as a key link between ICT support operations and systems administration, this role plays an integral part in ensuring reliable, secure, and efficient technology environments.

The ICT Systems Officer will contribute across a broad range of areas including systems administration, identity and access management, technical support, automation, and project delivery. Working collaboratively with the ICT team, the role supports cyber security, governance, and strategic technology initiatives while identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency through digital solutions and streamlined processes.

This position requires a strong commitment to customer service, providing high-quality technical expertise and support to staff and stakeholders, while helping to drive innovation and continuous improvement in the School’s technology landscape.
