Role description


We are seeking to establish a pool of School Officer for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during the 2026 school year and up to the end of Term 4, 2026. Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period.

The Role

Ideally as an experienced school officer, you will play an important role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the school. In this role, you will ideally support a broad range of administrative functions including financial processes, maintaining school databases and records, assisting with enrolments, preparing materials and reports, coordinating resources, and providing friendly, professional support to staff, students and families.
