Religion/Studies of Religion Teacher
The ability to teach another subject area will be highly regarded.
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Religion and Studies of Religion teacher to join our dynamic and faith-filled learning community. This is an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in shaping the intellectual, spiritual and moral development of young women in a supportive Catholic environment.

- This role is for a year 7-12 Religion/Studies of Religion teacher, plus another subject
- Term 3, 2026 start – full-time permanent positions
What you'll be doing
- Plan and deliver engaging, student-centred lessons that deepen students' understanding of world religions and their role in society.
- Assess and provide effective feedback on student work, ensuring they meet academic standards.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the Religion and Studies of Religion curriculum.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practice and continuously improve teaching methods.
- Provide pastoral care and support to students, fostering their personal and spiritual growth.
- Participate in school events and activities that promote the College's Catholic ethos.
What we're looking for
- Relevant teaching qualifications and NESA accreditation.
- Experience teaching Junior Religion and Senior Studies of Religion and another subject.
- Demonstrated ability to create engaging and innovative lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles.
