The Catholic Education Diocese of Bathurst (CEDB) is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic HR Services Officer to join our HR, Risk & WHS team. This Permanent, Full-time opportunity will see you play a vital role in delivering high-quality HR support to around 2,000 employees across 33 schools, ensuring that every contract, check, and change runs smoothly behind the scenes.

About the role
Reporting to the HR Services Advisor, the HR Services Officer provides day-to-day HR operational and recruitment support for schools and central office staff. With a strong focus on recruitment, employee documentation, system accuracy, and compliance, this role ensures the smooth delivery of HR services in a fast-paced environment.
In this role, you will:
- Prepare and process contracts, variations, and employment-related documentation in line with policies and deadlines
- Maintain employee records and HR systems (Unity, PageUp, etc.) with accuracy and confidentiality
