Role description
We are seeking to establish a pool of Aboriginal and Islander Education Officers for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during the 2026 school year and up to the end of Term 2, 2027. Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period.

The Role
The Aboriginal and Islander Education Officer (AIEO) plays a crucial role in fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment for our Indigenous students. As a liaison between the school and community, the AIEO works closely with teachers, students and families to develop culturally relevant educational programs that empower our Indigenous students to reach their full potential.
