Tangara School for Girls is currently seeking an experienced Secondary English Teacher to commence in a permanent full-time role as soon as possible.  To be successful in this role, you will need to confidently demonstrate the following experience:

  • Qualifications and an outstanding knowledge of the subject specialisms.
  • Demonstrated ability and experience providing quality teaching of English in stages 4-6.
  • Demonstrated ability and experience teaching Years 11 and 12.
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate technology into teaching and learning.
  • Capacity to differentiate the curriculum to meet the needs of a diverse range of students.

Personally, you will be able to offer:

  • Ability to positively manage students’ classroom behaviour, and manage pastoral care issues with effective discussion and processes with staff, students, and parents.
