ABOUT THE ROLE

Redfield College currently has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Secondary English Teacher to join the school in a permanent, full-time role commencing in Term 3, 2026.

Specifically, you will provide teaching and learning experiences for students, that are based on a sound understanding of pedagogy and content knowledge that:

• Differentiate the curriculum for individual needs
• Utilise a variety of technologies to underpin sound pedagogical practices
• Utilise authentic assessment
• Embed sound learning theory
• Meet the aims, objectives, and outcomes of the NESA curriculum

In addition to contributing to co-curricular activities, you will also be responsible for attending staff development days, Key Parent Functions, and professional development sessions that may take place after school throughout the year.
