About the role
St Joseph’s is a Catholic Edmund Rice Education Australia Boys’ Secondary College, with an enrolment over 1800 students. This college community is committed to the safety, wellbeing and protection of all children in our care.

The College is seeking an experienced and committed Learning Diversity Leader to support students in Mt Sion (Years 10–12). This position is a key member of the College’s Learning Diversity Team and plays an integral role in fostering inclusive education practices and supporting student success within a mainstream setting.
The Learning Diversity Leader works collaboratively with the Director of Learning Diversity and the NCCD Coordinator to coordinate and enhance student support both within and beyond the classroom. The role focuses on ensuring that students with diverse learning needs, disabilities, or learning difficulties are provided with appropriate, targeted support to maximise their engagement and achievement.
The Learning Diversity Team is dedicated to supporting students with a broad range of learning needs across all Learning Areas. The team works in partnership with teachers to ensure that each student receives the appropriate level of support while participating fully in a mainstream educational environment.
A Working with Children (Employee) Card and a National Police Record Check is a requirement for the position.
