Role description
About the role
We are seeking an Office Administration Assistant who is welcoming, friendly, and professional to be the first point of contact for our school community. As the face of our school, the successful applicant will demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, discretion, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service to students, families, staff, and visitors.
The successful applicant will be flexible, highly organised, and able to demonstrate initiative in a busy and dynamic school environment. Strong computer and technology skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities, work collaboratively as part of a team, and maintain accurate records.
A current Working with Children Check is essential. The role also requires confidence and competency in providing first aid support to students, with a current Level 2 First Aid qualification (or a willingness to obtain one) expected.
We are looking for someone who is eager to learn new skills, embraces innovation, and is keen to contribute to the ongoing development of the school's communication channels, including enhancing and maintaining our social media presence.
