Caroline Chisholm Catholic College is seeking staff wishing to join a vibrant and dynamic learning community. 

COMMENCING TERM 3, 2026

The College is seeking candidates for the following full-time position;

  • DIRECTOR OF FAITH & MISSION – POL 4

The successful applicants will possess the following skills and experience:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build positive relationships and communicate effectively with students, families, and the College community
  • Demonstrates commitment to Catholic Education including Accreditation to Teach in a Catholic School
  • Accreditation to teach Religious Education in a Catholic School
  • Relevant qualifications and/or experience in relevant area

The successful applicants will also demonstrate the following attributes:

  • A strong commitment to our Catholic Ethos
  • Demonstrates experience in leading faith and mission initiatives within a school setting
  • Have a sound knowledge of Religious Education and Catholic identity frameworks
  • A good working knowledge of the College’s Child Protection and Safety Policy and Child Protection Program
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment 
  • Holds a current VIT Registration
